A 9.3cm sodalite sphere, cut and polished to a smooth, mirror-glossy ball. Swirling indigo, royal blue and pale grey are churned together with off-white veining and a scatter of dark specks, so every angle shows a different patch of the pattern. This one is a comfortable palm-sized orb – about the diameter of a whiskey glass – and it is shown on a slim silver-toned ring stand so it sits upright in a display.
